Consent to receive automated text messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary. Agent Offer reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time, including increasing or decreasing the total number of messages sent.

Agent Offer also reserves the right to change the phone number or short code from which messages are sent and will notify you when such a change occurs. Not all mobile devices or handsets may be supported, and messages may not be deliverable in all areas. Agent Offer, its service providers, and supported mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We are able to deliver messages to major mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, and other national and regional carriers.

Cancellation

You may cancel the Messaging Service at any time by texting STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. After sending one of these keywords, you will receive a single confirmation message that your request has been processed.

You acknowledge that our messaging platform may not recognize unsubscribe requests that do not include one of the approved keywords listed above. Agent Offer and its service providers, including Launch Control, are not liable for failure to honor requests that do not follow these instructions.

If there is any conflict between these Messaging Terms & Conditions and the Terms of Service, these Messaging Terms & Conditions will control.
